Ok. Let's make paneer tikka,which is marinated with pudina.
First, take 500 gm of pannerand cut this paneer into small cubes.
Let's now make a mixturefor marinating the tikka.
In a mixer, add 1 cup mint leaves.
Add half cup of fresh coriander.
Add 2 green chillies.
Add 2 tbsp fresh ginger paste.
Add one and half tbsp black salt.
And also add 1/2 cup of hung curd.
Blend all this together into a smooth paste.
Transfer this green mixture into a bowl.
Add 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leavesand mix it well.
Coat the each piece of pannerwith the marinate mixture.
Next, keep these pannerpieces into a plate or tray.
Now let's prepare the vegetables.
Take 2 tomatoes and cut it into thick rings.
Dip them into the marinatemixture and keep it aside.
Without these vegetables,tikka is tasteless.
Take 2 bell peppers and cut itinto a square shape.
And coat it with the marinate mixture.
Keep these tray into the refrigeratorfor about 2 hrs for marinating.
If you do not have time, you can putthem into the freezer for 20 minutes.
Once it is marinate well,take them into the skewers.
You can place these panner pieceson the line that you like.
Remember! Do not place pannnerand vegetables too close.
If there is no between the pieces,the tikka does not cook.
If you are using wooden skewers..
..soak them into the water for about 1 hr.
This will prevent them from getting burnt.
Put this tray into the oven at 200 degreecentigrade and grill it for 20 minutes.
After 10 minutes turn it aroundand cook well on all sides.

This makes the paneer absorb the flavours of the ground paste. - Arrange all the paneer and vegetable pieces in a tray and grill in an oven at 200 C/ 400 F for about 20 to 25 minutes, turning the pieces once in between. - Sprinkle the optional chaat masala over the paneer and serve hot or at room temperature.
